how about i've been so caught up in who knows what that i'm behind here.  

tonight i'm going to get things accomplished.

right now p and i are enjoying a nice morning on the porch

and the the noise and excitement of watching a tree cutting service across the street.
really loud, really interesting, really hoping the whole tree is coming down - giant branches of this tree have been the cause of many a power outage... and it's the ugliest tree i've ever seen; i love trees, it was hard for me to say that.
then there was spending a lot of money to order pre-k material.
i know there is free stuff somewhere, but i went with what i knew was good.
they didn't take my credit card.... hot dogs for dinner!  just kidding.
two more weeks of freedom then it's the official start of school.
