| the wasps are not dead yet. after two treatments by professionals (the 2nd treatment with different poisons i don't even want to think about did drastically reduce the numbers....especially the males) we decided to take matters into our own hands and of course make the people come back a third time. notice big blur in picture of pen. ME NOT HAPPY. |

| yes we gleefully made a trophy fence of their carcasses. we had just watched a doc. on the aztecs - only they did it with human skulls - yuck. |

| all pink spots are the nests of females. these are just the females. these are just the ones we found. i found more the next day. can you start to see why i am freaking out. here is a math problem for you: one ticked off mom + a can of spectraccide wasp/hornet killer + nothing to do on a tuesday evening = a lot of dead wasps |
