can't help but love a guy who overcomes his utter dislike of public speaking to pinch hit in a ministry so that the people who look forward to our monthly services weren't disappointed.
just gotta love him.
and he does a great job.
and it makes me giggle to hear a bunch of ladies call out 'father, can i tell you something' from across the room.
no amount explaining would convince them he wasn't a pastor but a deacon.
it was so sweet and he does such a great job of making everyone feel special.
i mean really, how can you not love this guy? this might be the reason that 90% of my family is more excited to see me if he comes in the door after.... not lying.... aunts, you know it's true ;-)
there is a small chance that i might have referred to him as 'father tim' the rest of the day.
