time for a new one.
while most things around here are still pretty dull there are a few changes.
our coffee table is gasping for air. what you can't see is the extreme leaning slant that it has as well.
it had slowly been losing one piece of hardware after another over time and hubs would occasionally interject "shouldn't we replace this?" but i liked it and it was still upright and if it still held up coffee why waste money on a new one?? who cares if it's a little wiggly?
well, after a rousing game of tag and being used by the patriarch as a springboard into a jump it has finally asked to be put out of it's misery.
the new one hasn't arrived yet and our sad coffee table is still in the living room. i'm fascinated to see when it will fall down on it's own so i just leave it. it's become a game... who will die first: ballerina? or the coffee table?
no one can accuse of not using things their fullest.
