this year my efforts at a garden have been rather slip shod.
didn't manure... didn't buy new flowers.
a half hearted attempt.
but the dahlias that were given to me by a man in our church turned out breathtakingly beautiful.
our Creator is so amazing.
up close you can't see the giant dirt spots and dotted weeds, just the beauty.
i was rather nervous about trying to have dahlia bulbs live through the winter in my basement but now i'm committed to give it a go. i want them back next year.
