a flower conservatory but i don't think you'll be that excited when you go in

way in the back there is a hanging pot with cascading mums.... they trained their mums to cascade!  i'm in love.

i was unaware that the vanilla bean pod was part of an orchid.  learn new things every day.

apparently this is a rare bloom.  whatever it is does not bloom very often and when it does it's rare for this particular bright color.
it looks like someone spray painted a pineapple to me.
the wording of the plaque reminded me of the scene from dennis the menace when walter mathau has a flower that takes 40 years to bloom.

i was much more impressed with this! a wall of maiden hair ferns.

i love hens and chicks too.
