note: kings update.  the best missionary letters are the ones that have this kind of phrase:

"there were 22 professions of faith in Christ. "

total extra side note: have you ever heard david jeremiah's sermon 'what about the children'?  it's great, at least i think so, and he references Jonah 4:11 in talking about God's love and care for little children.... and then i noticed the last four words "and also much cattle".  i don't know why that part didn't strike me before but what a great little bit about how much God cares for His created animals as well although in a different way than us.  usually my thoughts go to the verses talking about the sparrow or the lily of the valley.  not earth shattering i know.... i mean, of course God cares for His creation, but i never noticed that bit of the verse in reference to animals before and in that He did not desire to have them destroyed in His rightful judgement of a sinful people.  (although i think the children who could not tell their right from their left were more important in His eyes and His desire to send Jonah to Ninevah).
ignore this if it already occurred to you... i'm just a little slow on the uptake sometimes.

in view of this thought i guess i'm glad i have obeyed the laws and not destroyed the bunnies... i will not stop the foxes from doing so though... and i wish they would stay away from my black eyed susans.
