the battle

for a long time there was no kiddie tv because kiddie could have cared less

sometime after 2 she:
a) was able to follow a story line
b) realized what dvd's were and tv was
and the battle began.
i would feel bad about saying no the majority of the time but

i so much rather take pictures of her doing this

and this (she's holding a pretend  baby that she pulled out of her pretend pocket - kinda weird but cute).
so i guess it's worth being the bad guy.
i can't complain because she doesn't nag as much as she could.
winter afternoons with mary poppins seem to appease.
(this mommy does not like taking afternoon walks in 28 degrees)
