most of the morning was spent at a fall festival at the elementary school my aunt works for. there were pony rides, fire trucks, hay rides, a horse who did tricks, crafts, food, games. but i didn't bring my camera. here is a link to the local newspaper photo that was taken of pennie at the 'pie throwing' table: link

| rachel the cat is a stray that has adopted my aunt and uncle's car port and they keep her healthy and fed. they named her after my mom as a joke. at one point my aunt thought rachel the cat was pregnant. we know now that she is actually a very fat neutered boy. his name is still rachel although a switch to raymond was suggested. |
