day 5 part 3 - Charleston: the battery and the walk back to the market on side streets

i've taken so many pictures of the battery from different visits
i only posted a few that would be pictures my family hasn't already seen before
the gazebo
i heart moss
i heart these bricks so much that when i realized i uploaded the picture twice
 i decided to leave it.
they're pretty enough to be appreciated twice
this is where my camera battery died.
to take more pictures i had to manually take my battery out of my camera
and put it back in between every picture
now that's a church door.  one of two i might add.
there are two more pictures that go with this door but blogger insists on uploading them sideways
and i don't know why and i've tried everything to fix it
and my frustration reached an extreme boiling point.
so you'll just have to imagine two pictures that go with first baptist chuch, charleston s.c.
st. phillips
carnival cruise ship parked right outside the market area.
most likely the reason the area was flooded with people.
i can't be too angry, i mean, clinton took the navy out of charleston
so they had to do something
for the economy but man, it's crowded down there now.
but it really stinks to have the view of the cooper river blocked.
(i think it's the cooper)
