i love queen anne's lace. and the adoption agency around the corner from us has a good bit in the alley. i helped myself. i took every last one. even the babies. last year i tried to pace myself so i could have it a lot. then their lawn service crew cut them all down and i didn't get any more all summer. i'm not taking that chance again.
i tried to plant wild flowers in a little patch but the crab grass weeds are making it look very W.T. i tried to weed them out but it's very hard to distinguish between early shoots of wild flowers and weeds early on. to add to my sadness i found these pictures and had to gasp at the beauty. could you imagine seeing this much beauty every day?
